The Sacred Valley tour is a must for everyone visiting Cusco. Classic Sacred Valley Itinerary: Full-Day Tour of Pisac, Ollantaytambo & Chinchero

Adventure, culture, and nature

We pick you up in your hotel at 7:30 am and take you to your first stop in the Sacred Valley of the Incas is Pisac (P’isaq), the colonial town.

We will find the indigenous and traditional market, where you will be able to purchase handcrafted goods and souvenirs. After exploring the town, we then head towards the Pisac ruins and terraces that are beautifully carved into the highest mountains.

Then we continue the journey and appreciate the picturesque villages of Calca and Urubamba, where we enjoy a buffet lunch with traditional stews. In the afternoon, we visit the village and Inca Archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, which was inhabited 500 years ago and still remains in a good state.

Returning to Cusco, we go through Chinchero, one of the most interesting places of the Andes, bearing plateaus of multi-coloured crop fields, a chain of snow peaks of the valley, and a beautiful sunset. We’ll also visit the colonial church that lies on an Inca palace and the site museum appreciating Andean clothing, before we head back to Cusco, arriving around 7 pm.
