Quad Bike ATV Tour to Maras and Moray Itinerary: 1-Day Adventure

We will pick you up from your hotel to drive to Cruzpata, from where we will continue by quad bike to the first stop in Moray, an archaeological site where the Incas used it to acclimate seeds. The gigantic circular depressions in the ground surface, with their respective irrigation canals, were believed to be an agricultural investigation center of the Inca’s. The average temperature difference between the top and bottom of the depressions reaches up to 15 °C in the principal depression, which is approximately 30 meters deep.

Then we drive to the salt mines located 7 km from Moray, passing through a typical Spanish village called Maras. The locals still use these salt mines, extracting the salt naturally.

Afterward, we will go back to Cruzpata to return the quad bikes, and where our transport to Cusco awaits us.
